We chose rollerskating as our family event this past weekend!
Jevan mastered rollerblading last year so he was ready to go and couldn’t wait for the limbo contest!
Kylah was still nervous but tried her best, and by the end was feeling a little more comfortable on her own (thanks to a lot of hand holding by Dad)! We think the next time she will be skoochin’ around the rink!
This was the children 12 and under FAST SKATE! Look at him go!
Practicing at home, feeling much more confident!
**CONFERENCE UPDATE** Kiddos had conferences last week and both had great report cards & feedback from their teachers.
Kylah ‘s teacher commented that she is a pleasure, always eager to participate as well as help her classmates. She is a hard worker and eager to finish her work quickly therefore encouraged to slow down and recheck her work to avoid careless errors. **Sounds like she has a bit of competitive blood in her (hm, who does that sound like?)**
She is sewing up puppy pup!
Jevan’s teacher commented that he continues to work his hardest at school each day. He continues to make wonderful progress with his academics. His work is well organized and he takes pride in doing a good job. Jevan is involved in helping third graders with reading and fourth graders with math as well as an early morning advanced class (highly capable). He always seems to be able to organize his time to complete all those activities and his class work. He is friendly to adults and peers at school and is always willing to help others.
Great mom and dad = wonderful kids!
